Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same/original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (no seal opened/not used/ not active/ not wear/ not scratches/ not broken/ not dent etc..)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, Health care, skin care, beauty product etc… cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/ Coupons
  • Downloadable/RD or software products
  • Some health care, Skin care, beauty care and personal care items
  • Printable item/ Customized item
  • Any product/item that is not in original condition
  • Seal opened/ Used/Activated item/product

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There will be some conditions for return eligibility: Order packet as soon as product/item/material is received. Have to record live video while opening, in which you should be visible in clear video and it should not be paused or edited in any way, live video must be original only. After verifying everything the team will inform you through email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

**3.5% Deduction amount on total amount value for valid refund.**

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7days after delivery
  • Any partial refund, if any, will be as per the seller/zuky.in. In partial refund, the entire right will be of the seller/zuky.in. It will not be as per the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days 7-10 working Days.

Shipping charge/Cost, Packaging, Handling, Administration if any will not be refundable.

In any case 3.5% will be deducted on any refund if the buyer has successfully made the online payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company/Bank , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. (3.5% Deduction amount on total amount value for valid refund.)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged after our validation. shipping, packaging, handling charges customer will pay. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zuky.in and send your item to: zuky, Aichar PI 1 Greater Noida, G.B Nagar, U.P- 201310.
Shipping charge/Cost, Packaging, Handling, Administration if any will be pay by buyer.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. (3.5% Deduction amount on total amount value for valid refund.)

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: zuky, Aichar PI 1 Greater Noida, G.B Nagar, U.P- 201310.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping orders must be delivered to our address in original condition. Any damage, breakage or any other harm will be borne by the customer

Cancellation Policy

We zuky.in reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. We zuky.in at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
iii. For any reason outside the control of the zuky.in including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.

Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

a) In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the amount* will be refunded*.
b) In case the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled online. Total order amount after deduction of shipment and handling charges + 3.5 % on total amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once NDR receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
c) However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
d) In case there is an option for online download of data than cancellation will not be possible
e) In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded. some time bank/payment gateway/txn charge will be deducted 3.5% of total amount, if payment was settled to us.
f) In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited
g) zuky.in offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyers card/account
h) In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation
i) downloadable product will not be refunded and cancellation will not be possible
j) Any custom/printable/customizable items will non-cancellable or refundable
k) Any special items/products made to order will not be cancelled or refunded.
